Our offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Offer is available from 1 June 2026 until 18 December 2026, inclusive (Offer Period).
- In its sole discretion, RSL Care RDNS Limited ACN 101 488 454 (Bolton Clarke) reserves the right to extend or reduce the Offer Period, provided that any such change will not affect a Prospective Resident who has already met the eligibility criteria in these terms and conditions.
- The Offer applies to new incoming residents (Prospective Residents) who reserve a Villa at Armstrong Green, 722-742 Barwon Heads Road, Armstrong Creek, VIC, 3217 (Villa) during the Offer Period and enter into and complete a Residence and Management Contract (licence) for the Apartment (Contract) no later than Close of Business on 18 December 2026 (End Date).
- The Offer comprises payment of the monthly Service and Maintenance Charge (Levy) to the Armstrong Green Services Association Inc by Bolton Clarke per Villa for a period of:
- 60 months from the date of Settlement for first occupancy Villas (First Sale Offer Period); or
- 12 months from the date of Settlement for subsequent occupancy Villas (Re-sale Offer Period). - If the Contract terminates for any reason before the expiry of the applicable Offer Period, the Offer will cease on the termination date and no further credits or payments will be made.
- To be eligible, the Prospective Residents must:
- be a person/s who meets the criteria for residency at Armstrong Green; and
- who completes Bolton Clarke’s required documentation for the reservation of the Villa and enters into and complete the Contract no later than Close of Business (COB) on the End Date. - In the event that the Prospective Residents comprises two people, only one Offer will apply per Villa.
- The Prospective Resident/s acknowledges the responsibility for payment of the monthly Maintenance Charges (Levy) to the Operator will revert to them at the conclusion of either the First Sale Offer Period or the Re-sale Offer Period (as applicable) and agrees to provide a Direct Debit form to the Operator prior to the date the first payment is due.
- Bolton Clarke reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Offer from time to time to meet business needs.
- The Offer is personal to the Prospective Resident, is not transferable or assignable, and is subject to the terms of the Contract. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Offer and the Contract, the terms of the Contract prevails.
- This Offer is provided for marketing purposes only and does not form part of any Contract unless expressly incorporated into the Contract. Before signing any Contract, Prospective Residents should obtain independent legal and financial advice and make their own enquiries about the suitability of the Offer to their personal circumstances.
